Blood Health AI is a general wellness and informational tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Getting started

What is Blood Health AI? A consumer wellness app that helps you log everyday signals related to blood pressure awareness — readings you record manually, meals, sleep, and activity — and presents them as easy-to-understand trends.

Do I need a prescription? No. Blood Health AI is a general wellness product and is not intended for medical use.

Is this a substitute for seeing a doctor? No. The app does not replace professional medical care, regular check-ups, or clinically validated devices.

App & features

How is my Blood Health Score calculated? It is a general wellness indicator that summarizes the lifestyle signals you log in the app. It is not a medical assessment and should not be used to make health decisions.

Are the food camera estimates accurate? The food camera produces rough estimates only. It is not a substitute for nutrition labels or guidance from a qualified professional. Always check packaging for actual values.

Can I share my logs with my doctor? Yes. You can export a summary from the app and share it with anyone you choose. Your doctor remains the appropriate source of medical interpretation.

Account & data

How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email info@bloodhealthai.com from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion. Personally identifiable and health-related data is purged within 30 days. Fully de-identified, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Is my data encrypted? Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

How can I exercise my privacy rights? See our Privacy Policy or email info@bloodhealthai.com. California residents can submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request via the same address.
