1. Program description
Blood Health AI offers an opt-in SMS messaging program that sends recurring text messages to subscribers who provide their mobile number and explicitly consent to receive messages. Message categories may include: account verification and security codes, support replies, appointment or waitlist updates, product announcements, wellness reminders, and customer-care follow-ups.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in to the SMS program by:
- Submitting your mobile number through a form on our website (such as the Contact or Waitlist page) and checking the SMS consent checkbox; or
- Providing your mobile number and granting SMS permission inside the Blood Health AI mobile app; or
- Texting a designated keyword to our number when published.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any of our Services. Your mobile-number opt-in to the SMS program is not shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your interaction with our Services. You may receive transactional messages (such as one-time verification codes) at any time you initiate the corresponding action, and periodic informational messages.
4. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details of your messaging plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described in Section 2.

7. Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile number, opt-in status, or SMS message content to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers that help us operate the SMS program (for example, our SMS gateway provider) only to the extent necessary to deliver messages on our behalf, under written confidentiality and data-protection agreements. 9. Disclaimer of warranties
The SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blood Health AI makes no warranty regarding the timing, delivery, or content of messages and is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or errors caused by wireless carriers, device limitations, or other factors outside our control.
10. Not for emergencies or medical advice
SMS messages from Blood Health AI are informational only. The SMS program is not a medical service and is not monitored 24/7. Do not use SMS to report a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit, in order to opt in to the SMS program.
12. Changes to these terms
We may modify or cancel the SMS program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We will post material changes to these SMS Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
